We are in 1524...
King François 1st has just spent a few days with his entourage in his favorite hunting lodge. Back at the castle, he prepares to leave to fight in the south of France where Charles V, King of Spain, is threatening. But suddenly, a strange epidemic strikes several members of his entourage. Where does this mysterious evil come from? Is there a conspirator at the castle? Is the person of the king threatened?
